Olivia and Jad’s luxury wedding at Villa Medici in Rome came after a long period of uncertainty, with multiple postponements during the pandemic. What could have remained a disruption became something else, time that allowed their relationship, and the connection between their families, to deepen.
By the time they gathered in Rome, the celebration felt less like an event and more like a release, a day shaped by presence, emotion, and a shared sense of joy.
The day began at the Hassler Hotel, overlooking the city.
There was a natural contrast between the two preparations, the quiet anticipation around the bride, and the lighter, more playful energy of the groom and his friends moving through the streets of Rome. Coffee stops, laughter, small moments that belong to the city as much as to the wedding itself.

The ceremony took place at Santa Maria Sopra Minerva, one of the most distinctive churches in Rome.
An Armenian Orthodox ceremony carries its own pace and symbolism, and within this setting, it felt both grounded and elevated. Light filtered through the space, revealing details gradually, while the structure of the ceremony created a sense of continuity and depth.
