Most wedding proposals begin with one of three collection structures. Each offers a different way to shape the wedding into a film, while leaving room to adapt coverage, additional events, and production to the celebration itself.
The Short Film Collection
Built around the Short Film, this collection distils the atmosphere, emotion and central movement of the celebration into a shorter, complete cinematic narrative.

These collections are designed as flexible starting points, allowing the coverage and final films to adapt naturally to the scale, rhythm and character of each celebration.
Wedding Films
Each collection is built around one or more films, each created with a different rhythm, purpose and level of depth.
– The Short Film (5–7 minutes) distils the wedding into a concise, complete narrative, drawing together its atmosphere, emotion and most meaningful moments.
– The Feature Film (15–20 minutes) allows more space for voices, relationships and the smaller moments that give the celebration its character, creating a more expansive portrait of the wedding.
– The Social Media Reel (30-60 seconds) is a concise edit, created for easy sharing and offering an immediate impression of the celebration.
Both the Short Film and Feature Film are complete storytelling films. The difference lies in how much time, voice, and life the narrative can hold.
Additional elements, such as a full ceremony or speeches documentary, can be included as an option, depending on the collection and your priorities.

No two weddings call for exactly the same kind of coverage. The collections provide a clear starting point, but the final proposal can adapt to the scale and rhythm of the celebration, from a single wedding day to a multi-day destination event.
For more complex celebrations, the structure may be tailored from the outset rather than built around a standard collection.
Multi-Day Celebrations
Welcome dinners, rehearsal dinners, boat trips, pool parties and farewell events can all become part of the wider story of a wedding.
Coverage can extend across additional days when the celebration calls for it, allowing the films to reflect more than the wedding day alone.

On the wedding day, my presence is calm and unobtrusive. I observe and respond rather than direct, allowing moments to unfold naturally while remaining attentive to light, movement, and emotion.

Travel and accommodation are often included within the proposal. Where arrangements or costs are still uncertain, they may be quoted separately.

Can coverage extend across multiple days?
Yes. Coverage can include welcome dinners, rehearsal dinners, boat trips, pool parties, farewell events, and other parts of a multi-day celebration.
Can the ceremony or speeches be delivered as separate films?
Yes. Documentary edits of the ceremony, speeches or other parts of the celebration can be included depending on the collection and your priorities.
Is aerial footage included?
Aerial footage is included whenever local regulations, venue restrictions, weather and the schedule allow. Specific moments may require a dedicated drone operator or additional permits.
Are travel and accommodation included?
Travel and accommodation are often included within the proposal. When costs are uncertain or arrangements are made far in advance, they may be quoted separately.
When will we receive our films?
Final delivery is within six months, though timing may vary depending on the season. Some deliverables may be ready earlier, and I stay in close communication throughout the process, providing updates as needed.
